How can I get a better price?

How can I order a sample?

You can buy from 1 unit upwards. Indicate 1 unit in the model you request as a sample and add it to the basket.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for mainland Spain is a maximum of 10 working days (without printing). If you need to receive it earlier, when you place the order, you can tell us in ORDER COMMENTS when you want to receive it and if it is not possible we will inform you as soon as possible.

When is the transport free?

Transport is free for all orders.

Can the packaging be washed?

At Creating Bags, our packaging stands out for being made with natural fibres and for using water-based inks, which are environmentally friendly.

To guarantee the durability of the print, we advise you not to wash the packaging, as exposure to multiple washes can deteriorate the printed design.

If your project requires packaging that can withstand washing, we invite you to contact our team, who will help you find the best alternative for your needs.

How can I make sure I am choosing the right size for my product?

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

Yes, we do ship to the Canary Islands. The price of the transport will come out when you register and you are in the purchase process (before buying) you will be notified of the amount according to your order.

Do you make invoices with equivalence recharge?

Yes, in the registration process to make the purchase, there is a section that allows you to request an invoice with equivalence surcharge.

Can I return the sample or my order?

Yes, as long as it is not custom-made or personalised, or that it is not used or in poor condition, you can return the order or the sample. Please note that when you make the return our inspection department will check that everything is correct and we will proceed to refund the import in the same way as it was made.

Validity of the quotation and order conditions?

All our prices are valid for 1 month from the receipt of the quotation and/or purchase order. After this period of time, the price and conditions of the order provided may vary.

The printing costs that you can calculate on the website are for:

1. A single design, in a single size in the same colour(s).

2. Maximum print size Folio A4.

If you need a larger surface for printing, please send us an email toinfo@creatingbags.com , indicating the model, size of the packaging, quantity and attach the logo/design to be printed and the measurements you want for the print.

How do I calculate the price with print correctly?

1. Indicate the number of packs you wish to purchase.

2. In the drop-down menu where ‘No logo’ appears by default, indicate the printing option you want for your file.

You can personalise any of our packaging or complements from 1 unit.

What are the delivery times for printed orders?

You can obtain the delivery time for an order with printing in the same product file that you wish to configure.

How can I see the result of my file before receiving the order?

Once you have placed your order, the Design Department will contact you within 24-48 working hours to resolve any doubts, position your file in the packaging or size you want.

Finally, we will send you a tapestry so that you can have a preview of the result prior to your confirmation for printing.

How can I receive a sample of my printed file?

To get a sample with your printed file, purchase 1 unit of the packaging model or complement with print of your choice on the website.

What is the cost of preparation for printing?

This cost includes:

1. The management of your file

2. The set-up and preparation of your file for printing.

What kind of printing techniques do you use in Creating Bags?

The technique we use is direct digital printing with water-based inks. These inks are considered the least harmful to the environment.

On the product page, go to the ‘printing’ section to select the number of colours and sides you want to print your file and packaging on.

We will print the colours (except for white) contained by default in the file you attach to your order, bearing in mind that the materials we work with are natural shades. Ecru in the case of cotton and light brown in the case of jute. Keep in mind that the tones of your file once printed, could vary in tone and present a more muted tone.

If you want the resulting print colour to be almost identical to your corporate colour, please send us the specific Pantone colour. In this case, we would apply the screen printing technique.

If you would like to receive a quote for screen printing, please send us your logo with:

Information about washing our packaging

If in your sector it is essential to wash our packaging, as we work with 100% biodegradable cotton of vegetable origin and use water-based inks, you should bear in mind that from the first wash, the ink could wear off.

If this is a problem for you, we offer you 2 alternatives:

1. In the case of complements, you can buy our internal composition and maintenance labels to inform your customers. You can choose labels on which we indicate the manufacturer (Creating Bags) + composition + maintenance. Or at cost, our labels with only composition + maintenance.

Can I order a sample? Of course!

NO PRINTING

Click on the model you are interested in, leave 1 unit in the ‘Quantity’ box and add it to the basket. Do the same procedure for other models or sizes you are interested in. Delivery time in mainland Spain: 1- 3 working days. FREE shipping! in peninsula.  

WITH PRINTING

If you want to receive the sample with your design/logo printed, click on the model you are interested in, leave 1 unit in the ‘Quantity’ box and click on the drop-down menu to choose how many sides and colours you want your logo/design to be printed on. In this case, the costs of preparation for printing would have to be paid in advance (25€/logo + taxes). The deadline is between 1-3 working days (on the peninsula) from the payment and approval of the logo. Shipping costs are FREE! on the peninsula.

Once the order is in production, Diseño will contact you by email to check with you the colour, size, position and other details of the logo to be printed. Nothing is printed without your approval.

If you don't want to pay the print preparation cost of €25 + tax, you can purchase the No Print sample and we can send you sample cuts of printed fabrics we have here so you can see the quality and type of print we use. If you want it this way, in the checkout process, indicate it in the comments of the order (in point 3 of the checkout process there is a box where you can write it).

The shipping cost for Europe is free of charge.

• Decoration or gardening: You can use your bags as a temporary pot for small plants, as the cotton used in Creating Bags is biodegradable and can mix with the soil over time.

All these ideas extend the life of the cotton bags and support a more sustainable approach. 

When the bag is no longer useful for its original purpose, you have the option to reuse it as a rag or cleaning cloth by cutting the bag into pieces, for example, extending its use.

When you no longer need it, you can dispose of it in an organic or textile waste bin, thus making a maximum contribution to the environment. Its natural degradation as a consequence of different environmental elements will contribute as a nutrient for the soil. 

To preserve the quality of your packaging, it is recommended to dry clean it, focusing only on the stained areas, using a damp cloth to avoid wetting the entire bag. Avoid rubbing or touching the printed area to minimise wear or smudging. Remember that these products are not designed to be washed or ironed like clothes.

If ironing is necessary, always iron upside down with a cloth on top of the design to protect the print.

Eliminating unpleasant odours: If the bag has absorbed odours, place it in a breathable baking soda bag for 24 hours or air the bag out of the sun for a few hours in a dry place. This will help eliminate odours.

Avoid placing sharp or sharp-edged objects in the bag, as they may damage the bag and puncture it, causing injury to the user.

Do not exceed 20-25 kg in weight (maximum weight that a person should carry to avoid possible injuries) so as not to compromise the materials to possible tearing or breakage.

We recommend storing the bags and containers in a cool, odour-free environment and avoiding exposure to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
